For the purchase of any products from our store, the customer is first required to take note of the terms of this warranty and declare that he accepts unconditionally its terms.
The colours of the product images as displayed on our website may be affected by the technology you use to access our site and the display settings you have set on your computer and we have no access to them. The company does its best for a decent and faithful representation of the colours
Product Returns/Withdrawal Policy
It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:
α) Before the shipment of the product – Cancellation is possible by sending an e-mail to info@doukaskosmimata.gr or by telephone contact at the telephone number:24670 43029 from 09:00-14:00 and 17:30-21:00 Tuesday, Thursday and Friday or 09:00-15:00 Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
b) After receipt of the product you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the product. It is clarified that in order to proceed with the return of the product, the conditions mentioned below regarding the damage of the returned products etc. The return of products is at your own expense, unless it is the fault of the store.
PRODUCT CHANGES
In the event of a product change, the following applies:
You have the right to exchange the product you have received within 14 calendar days or request its replacement with another size or product.
In the first change you do not have to pay the cost for the transport of the new product from us to you, but you have to pay the cost for the shipping of the old product from you to us, this applies to all products up to 80€. For purchases over 80 € the first change is free of charge. Each subsequent change after the first, is charged with the corresponding amount of shipping costs. The above applies only if the customer uses the partner COURRIER. In any case, the returned products must be in the condition received by the customer. This means:
– They must be free of damage and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product.
– They must be in excellent condition (with their factory packaging i.e. box or gelatine).
– They must be accompanied by all the documents with which the product was delivered (e.g. Retail Receipt).If the above conditions are met, you are free to send it back to us for replacement. Otherwise, we reserve the right not to accept the return. Please note that all exchanges and refunds are made at current product prices.
The procedure of the change is simple and can be done by telephone during the opening hours of the store.
a)Return of defective products in cases where, with proven fault ofdoukaskosmimata.gr, products of poor and defective quality or by mistake in receiving the order, in pricing, in shipping, damaged in transit, with poor packaging, etc. then doukaskosmimata.gr assumes full responsibility for the replacement, the cost of return (in which case it will deposit the corresponding amount of costs in a bank account that will be indicated), as well as the costs of reshipment.
The conditions for reimbursement remain the same as those mentioned above.
