The following terms of use are intended to clearly formulate the terms governing the company’s relations with each customer, user or visitor of the e-shop. Users/visitors are requested to carefully read and comply with the following terms and conditions governing the use of our online store. In case any user/visitor disagrees with these terms and conditions, he/she is requested not to use this website. The present general terms of use of the e-shop, which govern the company’s relations with each customer, user or visitor of the e-shop, have been defined on the basis of Law 2251/1994 on “Consumer Protection” and in particular the provisions relating to distance selling and Law 2472/1997 on “Personal Data Protection”, as currently in force.

The price of each product includes 24% VAT. The Company confirms that it is given the right to change prices without notice or notification.
SUBMISSION AND CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Placing an order through our online store, constitutes a distance selling contract regulated by the legislative framework of L. 2251/1994, as amended. It constitutes a binding offer to purchase the products selected for purchase at the price indicated (including VAT and shipping costs). The order is completed by accepting the Terms of Use of the company, the final submission of the order and its acceptance by the company by sending a confirmation mail to your e-mail address. Until the point of Final Submission, the customer is entitled to cancel the order to be completed at any time. From the moment of the Final Submission onwards, the cancellation is carried out in consultation with the customer with the store either by telephone at +30 24670 43029 +30 24670 42204 or by email at info@doukaskosmimata.gr with the indication “Order Cancellation” and the order code, if you have not yet received notification of the dispatch of your order.
PAYMENT
For the convenience and service of all those who wish to make a purchase from our online store, the following alternative payment methods are provided.
- Cash on delivery at the time of receipt of the products.
- By bank deposit in one of the company’s accounts.
MODE-COST-DELIVERY TIME
Upon completion of your order, the products you have ordered are sent to you via courier service (courier), at the latest within 5 days from the date of completion of your order to the address you specified when placing your order. The shipping cost is free of charge throughout Greece and shipments are made daily except Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products within the predetermined time, we will inform you by email in order to let us know if under these circumstances, you wish to complete your order.
PRICES OF PRODUCTS SOLD
The prices listed in the online store for each product include VAT (24%). The Company confirms that it is given the right to change prices without the necessary information or notice.
WITHDRAWAL-REFUNDS OF PRODUCTS.
According to the international regulation on distance purchases, you can return any product within 14 days from the date of the receipt in order to receive another code or to exchange it for another product. In case of purchase with a discount, you have the right to return and exchange the product with a product of the same value as your purchase even after the expiration of the offer.
For returns made after 14 days it is at the discretion of the company to accept or not. In this case we will contact you to let you know.
In accordance with the international regulation regarding distance purchases, to return and refund the value of your purchases, you can return any product within 7 days from the date of issue and receipt of your order.
Once our store receives your return, it will examine the condition of the products and will inform you of its receipt. In case you wish a refund, the company will return the money to your account within 30 days from the date of delivery after deducting the shipping costs. In case of change and if there is availability we will resend your order within 3-5 working days. For each order, you are entitled to only one change.
Please note that all returns must be made in their original and complete packaging with the authenticity or warranty cards, the products must be in exactly the same condition as received. All returned products are checked upon receipt.
We always advise you to keep your shipping label until we have confirmed receipt of your shipment. The company Dukas Jewellery is not responsible for any loss or damage during the transport of your returns. All products are your responsibility from the moment you receive them until the moment we receive the return. Check the shipping package thoroughly to avoid any damage.

For your convenience, please indicate your order number and your full details. In case of change please include the new product code you wish or the new number (for rings).
In case of a defective product our store offers a full replacement with a new product. In this case, please contact us in order for us to take care of the shipment-return of the product without any charge.
