To make a return or a change please contact our e-shop by phone at 24670 43029 or by email at info@doukaskosmimata.gr, in order to start the process of changing or returning the product.
Returns and changes are accepted within 14 days. The product(s) must be in perfect condition, must not have been used, worn or in any condition other than their original condition and the product code tag must not have been removed.
Returned products must be properly packaged to avoid damage during transport.
Shipments are made with a charge to the recipient, as long as the courier company we cooperate with is used and as long as the changes of the same order do not exceed 1 time. Upon receipt of your change, you will be charged 5€. In case the shipment is made with a company of your choice, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
